Resource Mark/Unmark
In BiblioTECH's Resource Manager, you have the ability to mark and unmark resources, both individually and in bulk. This functionality serves various purposes, such as printing labels and streamlining updates using the Fields Updater tool. In this tutorial, we'll guide you through the process of marking and unmarking resources, whether you need to do it one resource at a time or for multiple resources simultaneously.
Marking and Unmarking of Resources
- Start by logging in to BiblioTECH's web app using your credentials.
- Once logged in, navigate to the dashboard.
- From the dashboard, select the "Resource" button. This is where you access your library's resources.
- Within the Resource Manager, identify the resources you want to mark or unmark in bulk. For each resource, tick the checkbox next to its entry. This marks the resource for bulk action.
- Once you've marked the desired resources, look for the "Bulk Actions" button. This button is designed for making bulk changes to marked resources.
- Click on the "Bulk Actions" button to reveal a menu of options.
- From the drop-down menu, select either "Mark" or "Unmark," depending on your requirement for the marked resources.
- All the selected resources will be marked or unmarked simultaneously.
- If you wish to unmark all resources at once, simply use the Unmark all button. This will unmark all the marked resources at once.
