Accessing the Levels Tab
- Start by logging in to BiblioTECH's web app using your credentials.
- After logging in, navigate to the dashboard, where you can access various management features.
- In the dashboard, click on the "Patrons Manager" section. This is where you manage your library's patron database.
- Within the Patrons Manager area, you'll find the "Levels" tab. Click on the "Levels" tab to access the Levels area.
Managing Patron Levels
- Within the Levels area, you'll find a list of all the existing patron levels.
- For each level entry, you can perform various actions using the "Actions" button. These actions include "View," "Edit," and "Delete," and they are specific to each level.
Setting Loan Parameters
- It's important to note that every patron in your database is linked to a Group and a Level.
- When you set the "Max Days" and "Max Resources" for a level, all patrons within that level will have the same loan parameters.
